The CAP18FFB floor mounted fully welded body pass-thru cabinet is designed for aseptic manufacturing applications requiring sterile yet easy cleaning. Unique double-wall construction, which encases and protects the built-in mechanical interlock, facilitates cleaning.

The seamless interior—made with smooth, formed-radius corners— prevents particulate from collecting in the corners and edges; spills are easily wiped up. The heavy duty stainless steel floor with floor ramp ensures the interior compartment is able to be completely cleaned. Flush-mounted interior access panels are easy to clean and easy to remove for maintenance. Stainless steel doors feature a silicone bulb gasket which seals directly to the floor ramp and eliminates crevices that could harbor contamination. Every surface of the door can be thoroughly cleaned. Rugged, stainless steel construction ensures years of operation.
