Hardwall Clean Rooms for All Applications

Clean Air Products offers modular hardwall cleanrooms in Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) to Class 10 (ISO Class 4) classifications for your clean-critical application. These cleanrooms are available with open free spans from 4’ to 34’, and interior heights up to 14’. Multiple modular clean room units can be combined to form a larger cleanroom environment. Our modular designs allow additional sections to be added to existing cleanrooms for nearly unlimited expansion possibilities.
Our hardwall clean rooms feature large, clear walls for good visibility into and out of the room. Clear anodized aluminum shroud panels cover the filter and light areas above the drop ceiling to provide a clean exterior appearance.
The rigid wall design allows our modular cleanrooms to operate at higher internal pressures than other cleanroom systems. ISO specifications require room pressures for select medical device and pharmaceutical applications that are higher than any softwall cleanroom can provide. Pressure is adjusted and maintained via variable wall dampers which regulate airflow into and out of the cleanroom.

Modular Cleanrooms Provide Superior Flexibility

Our prefabricated hardwall cleanrooms are designed for fast and easy installation. Most installations can be completed in just hours, thanks to our modular designs and the simple instructions included with each clean room system. No special tools are required—holes are pre-punched and pre-drilled, so all components simply slide, snap, or set in place.
Following installation, the versatile modular design allows you to expand, relocate, modify, or reconfigure your hardwall cleanroom, as needed. This versatility gives you a one-of-a-kind asset that can easily keep pace with your evolving cleanroom requirements.
Removable wall panels are supported by heavy-duty 3” x 3” anodized aluminum support posts with upper cross panels. All support posts feature a leg-leveling glide that adjusts to accommodate variations in floor level.
Walls extend to roughly 2” above floor level, allowing air to be vented around the entire perimeter. Adjustable wall vents between the bottom of the wall panels and the floor allow for fine-tuned room pressure; some hardwall cleanroom systems may require additional vents for higher total airflow.

Recirculating & Non-Recirculating Hardwall Clean Rooms

Clean Air Products offers modular hardwall clean rooms in both recirculating and non-recirculating styles. Contact us to discuss your application and we will help you determine which option is best for your needs.

Recirculating Modular Clean Rooms

A recirculating cleanroom recycles the air inside to prevent it from mixing with ambient air outside. This allows for better temperature and humidity control. Recirculating cleanrooms also put less of a load on their HEPA filters, which leads to longer filter life with lower maintenance requirements.

Non-Recirculating Modular Clean Rooms

Also known as a “single pass cleanroom,” a non-recirculating cleanroom draws in ambient air from outside via its motorized HEPA filters. Filtered air is blown into the cleanroom, and discharged through wall grilles and the roughly 2” space below the walls. Non-recirculating cleanrooms operate at ambient humidity and at roughly ambient temperature.
