The CAP18WHF Wall Mounted HEPA filtered Pass Thru Air Lock Cleanroom Entry System is for the efficient transfer of parts and equipment in and out of a cleanroom while maintaining control of particulates in the cleanroom environment. The CAP18WHF HEPA filter Pass Thru exceeds the U.S. Department of Energy High Energy Particle Arrestance (HEPA) standard by removing at least 99.99 percent of airborne particles 0.3 micrometers (µm) in diameter.
An internal motorized HEPA filter unit inside the CAP18WHF cabinet recirculates air through perforations in the cabinet’s inner sides.Like all CAP18 Wall Mounted Pass Thrus, the CAP18WHF has a double wall stainless steel cabinet within a heavy duty welded stainless steel shell. The interior sides are smooth, durable and easy to clean. Doors are attached with stainless steel flush-mounted continuous hinges and feature a generous sized, tempered safety glass window for maximum visibility and easy cleaning. Doors are secured with stainless steel heavy duty over center compression latch that tightly seals against silicone bulb gaskets, reducing the possibility of air leaks.

Mechanical door interlocks with 90 degree T-handle turn latches are optionally available to prevent both doors from being opened at the same time, maintaining the air pressure of the cleanroom.The superior engineering of the CAP18WHF design provides a rigid structure that can be mounted flush against existing walls, or center mounted with optional stainless steel mounting frames.
